Hey. Apple Specialist: IT’S iPHONE UPDATE. The Add to Wallet worked perfectly before upgrade to iOS 15. You knew it was flawed but you made us upgrade anyway so you could fix things afterwards. Well, add to wallet needs fixed. It worked many many times by many many users BEFORE YOUR UPDATE. Restarting does not help. Deleting and reloading the app does not help. Accessing the ticket from an email, the app, or Safari. YOU BROKE IT. YOU FIX IT. As apple users, we expect a certain level of performance. Being able to add tickets to the wallet is a benefit we expect. Especially when it worked before the disaster that is iOS 15. Stop looking at the users and the way the users are using their iPhones. There are loads of posts from people saying they cannot get it to work. You’re the problem. Just FIX IT. Quickly.

It must be an issue with apple , safari or wallet. I get the same error when I try to add odeon cinema tickets to my wallet. Been happening for two or three weeks now.

Indeed, I am having exactly the same issue with the Odeon website too and I’m in the latest update, I have restarted the phone… I am also tapping one of those “add to Apple wallet” buttons on the Odeon website, this method has worked plenty of times in the past and also it works with other providers. Any solution?
