I can't open my iPhone

I forgot my iPhone's password and now it shows "iPhone is disabled", how can I open it, there is some information that I want to restore, can I do it? I mean is there is a way to restore my information even if I couldn't open my iPhone?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

If your phone is disabled, it is too late to save any data. You need to restore it and then reload your most recent backup. Start here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
