Apple maps uses an extensive list of data providers. Not an excuse, just the facts.

Sounds like some database has bad info.

Apple DOES provide a Maps feedback mechanism here:

No one in this user-to-user forum has any control over the content of the data in the maps app. There is a link in the app to request a correction.

Because the management told the maps content provider that they were permanently closed.

Alexis is not an Apple product, that would be Amazon.
