What can’t apple make so when you add a picture to an album you can delete it from recents. It should be a move not add to give more space for pictures without having to buy more storage.
That's really not an answer to the question.
I believe what he's asking is when you move a picture to an album, it is still shown in Recents, taking up space.
If you delete it from recents, it is deleted from all albums.
