Bluetooth issues with iPad

My Bluetooth headphones are not connecting with my Ipad

Its working fine with iphone but not happening with IPad

Make sure it does not have an active connection with the iPhone then put the headset into pairing / discovery mode and look for it in Bluetooth on the ipad
