I need help recovering my iCloud info/ photos etc. my girlfriend deleted it some how

Look in your photo albums for a recently deleted album. Your deleted items are moved there first.

If photos were deleted from the Recently Deleted album, they are then irrecoverable. You should look for what ever backup you have, places you got the pictures, etc.
