Can apple care clean up my speaker when my phone in warranty
my speaker sound is low can you clean it when it is in warranty and what are the charges for it?

We see the speaker on your iPhone is not as loud as it was previously.
To clarify, have you taken a look over the tips in the following article regarding if the speaker sound is distorted or if you're unable to hear audio from the speaker?
Outlined in the article are steps to clean the speaker grill as well:
"Remove all screen protectors, films, or cases from your device. Check the speaker opening to see if it's blocked or dirty. On iPhone only, make sure that the receiver is not blocked or dirty. If necessary, clean the speaker or receiver opening with a small, soft-bristled brush. Make sure that the brush is clean and dry."
If the issue persists, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support directly regarding options to have the iPhone inspected at a service center.
