My bill isn’t due til the 19 of every month why are you pulling the money out 10 days early ?

My bill isn’t due til the 19th of every month. Why is it being taken out 10 days earlier? Sometimes people have bills set up to be taken out at certain times. When you take it out early you may be taking from another bill. If it’s the 19th it should be that. Monthly subscription or did you guys forget what monthly was?
