Hello Courtmoore99,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand having issues with Chegg. We understand the importance of getting this issue resolved, and we'd like to help.

Are you experiencing this behavior with any other websites? Also, can you access Chegg with no issues when using a different browser like Google Chrome?

To get started, please try the steps in the following links:

If Safari can't open the page because too many redirects occurred

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.

I have the same issue and have tried all the steps Apple suggests in the articles Jeff linked above but to no avail. I still can't get connected to websites - I just keep getting the same error message "A problem repeatedly occurred with [web address]". I am on a MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012), running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 and Safari Version 15.0 (15612.1.29.41.4, 15612). So obviously my machine is older and needs to be replaced soon but I need it to work immediately until I can get a new one. If you, Jeff, or anyone else knows how to resolve this issue please do let me know how. I'd appreciate it so much. Thank you.
