Apple Music

Just started the Apple Music application and currently I’m on my free trial but I seem to be having issues when it comes to my offline music. My downloaded music deletes and I have had 72 of my songs showing downloading for a week now and have been unable to access it offline. I have also verified that it is not a storage issue. Please assist.

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
