Why is it so difficult to order and pay for an item online?

Trying to purchase the new apple watch 7 online in Norway. All of the payment info has been entered, but order cannot be confirmed.

First attempt resulted with: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Family setup no longer available in Australia - Truphone not taking more customers I bought my daughter an apple watch so we could contact her without needing to get her a phone. We specifically chose the apple watch so we could control contacts etc We bought one for our son about a year earlier and it works well. However, this is no longer an option as Truphone (the sole provider in AU) is no longer taking new customers. As a result family setup isnt working in AU. We returned the watch and apple gave us a refund. Apple have not updated their website and Ive tried emailing and calling no no avail. My question is this - Does anyone know if Apple is working on finding an alternative MVNO or carrier for this service? Im still keen to get one for my daughter, but if no fix is coming then I'll just move on. It would be good if Apple would change its website or at least acknowledge my complaint.. If anyone has any insight be great to hear. cheers

Call Apple and order it.
