If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

They're generally only obligated to provide one if they've told you they will.

For clarity, cancelling a subscription won't initiate a refund request. If someone waits too long, one that might have been approved will be denied.

I takes up to 30 days to receive a refund. So, if approved, just wait it out, and it will be refunded sure enough.
