Calendar side-by-side instead of overlapping

It is really frustrating that Calendar overlaps events that overlap in time. In such cases the overlapped event is often difficult if not impossible to see. Snapshot attached. Surely the good folks at Apple can provide an option to see overlapping events side-by-side, like many other Calendar apps?

Hi there stanis20,

Let's team up to get Calendars working correctly. To start, we'd like to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some basics:

  1. Which Mac model are you using?
  2. If you have a compatible model, the latest version is macOS 11.6. You can verify this by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. Here's how to first Back up your Mac with Time Machine, and afterwards, here's How to update the software on your Mac.
  3. If you already have macOS 11.6 installed, have you already tried a restart? Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
  4. When did this first start to occur?

Take care!
