The volume button for alarms and timer is not working. Sounds and haptics fixes have not worked. How do I fix this
iPhone 5, iOS 10
Open settings, go to sounds and haptics, then dead the slider under ringer and alerts up.
I’m having the exact same thing happen with my iPhone12. Volume all of the way up, etc and I can’t hear it ring. Might be how I missed 4 calls from 4 different states between 5:00a-6:45a…🧐
Apple advisor contacted. Alert sound is adequate when the phone is on a surface but not in your hand.
Alarm volume in alarm and timer is so low you can hardly hear it. Has been fine. Volume bar with alarm bell shows full volume.
