Apple ID fraud
I signed up for Apple ID on my iPhone 11 and it charged me $300 and another $100 charge on my card. Please let me know what I can do to get this off my card.

You should check your credit card statements to find out who charged you. Simply signing up for Apple Pay or creating an Apple ID would not cause any charges.
