I can’t update my phone

I try to update my iPhone 6plus to 14.5 but is not responding.

Your iPhone 6 Plus cannot be updated past iOS version 12.5.5 due to its hardware limitations. That is the highest version you can update to. You will need a newer iPhone to update to iOS 13/14/15.
