I bought an iPhone recently. Even if I don't use mobile data, it always charges a small amount daily. When I asked about this from the service provider, they mentioned that it has been charged for mobile data. Could someone help me to solve this issue? Thank you.
There are multiple reasons why data may be used on your iPhone when it has been idle. You may have apps running the background and those app refresh periodically. Your Wi-Fi connection may be weak and the iPhone resorts to mobile data at times to continue with the connection.
