it says I can't update it what do I do?
im trying to use my iphone 6 and it said to connect to itunes and i did and now it says i cant update it how do i get it to work need help asap

If you have a backup of your data, try Restore instead of Update.
Update only updates the iOS without losing any data but this doesn't always work as in your case.
If Restore also fails, your phone may have a hardware issue which might require a replacement - you'll want to book an appointment with a Genius to be sure.
