Screen freezes after iOS 15 update
Have updated to ios15 now having issues with screen freezing, and can not make or receive calls help?

First try a Forced restart

Backup and restore (using the computer method preferably)

Unlock your SIM PIN if it has one
(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support
(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
If the problem remains then arrange a repair
