My bank statement shows there were 2 payments to apple.com from my account. But I don’t have any subscriptions. What should i do to refund that money ??
I don’t know why that happened

Hi. I just brought a $14.99 pack from coin master. I went to my online bank app and it sais use took out 2 payments. Another one $24.99 . I only brought one pack. I don’t know how to send a copy to use. Could you please find out why this was taken when I didn’t owe anything.
I’m on a disability pension so I don’t buy to much And certainly can’t make 2 purchases at the same time.
I would be grateful if use can re-embutse a payment that wasn’t made on anything.
