iOS 15 Free Space Incorrectly Reported

Before iOS 15, I had approximately 22GB of free space on my 128GB iPhone SE2.

Since upgrading, my free space has gradually been getting larger and larger, by the tune of about 1.5 - 2GB per day, seemingly overnight. It's at 58.5GB free space so far.

The maths also doesn't add up.

The phone is 128GB.

System software is apparently 7.65Gb

My music is 52.16GB

Photos are 10.19GB

Podcasts are 2.48GB.

So, before we talk about any apps, that should already report as 55.52GB of free space. With all the apps I've got on there which have their own data, I should have significantly less. Can anyone explain?

(I've not changed any iCloud settings and have the standard 5GB of storage).

Thanks.
