battery length has completely disappeared, I have to recharge all the time

I am upset that my phone is not even a year old and yet my battery storage seems to have diminished radically recently. I have to recharge twice a day which is incredibly annoying and not useful at all for work. IPHONE 11 RED 128GB-GBR 1 Country of Origin: CN.
