I forgot my screen time password and when I try to type it in there is not a forgot passcode option
I forgot my screen time passcode and when I try to set a new one there is not a forgot passcode option.

How you reset a Screen Time passcode depends upon the system version you are using:
If you or a member of your Family Sharing group have a mobile device running iOS or iPad OS 13.4 or later, or a Mac running Catalina 10.15.4 or later, read this support article for instructions on what to do "If you forgot your Screen Time passcode".
