How can i retrieve my icloud account without authontication to my old number that i registered

Apple ID Account Recovery without Trusted Phone Number I made the mistake of changing a phone number on our family plan before I removed the passcode from the phone. When I acted like I wanted to remove the passcode, it is forcing me to put in the icloud password from the account the phone is attached to. I cannot remember the password and it won't let me change it unless I have access to the (previous) phone number or the icloud email itself!! It's a vicious cycle!! Any ideas? Forgot phone number for Apple ID Hi there, for my this apple account I forget the phone number as I use for two factor authentication. I already lost that number and there is no way to get it back. I remember all information expect my phone number as I barely use that phone number so I forget it which make me can’t log in and change it. Hello maricel11,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to access your account because you don't have access to the phone number used for Two-Factor Authentication with your Apple ID. If you can, please change the number for your account and here is more info:
