My phone completely died so when I put it on charger the red bolt is on, I can’t get it to turn on or off. Or restart I have tried all of these and the red bolt is still on
My phone went completely dead, when I put it on the charger the red lighting bolt is on but nothing else, I have left it on the charger for three hours it’s still the same, I have tried to turn it off and nothing works, the screen will not turn to the apple or anything just the red bolt is still in the corner. Can I do something from my phone?
