Not knowing what you have tried, do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

Yes, Jeff_W., thank you for your reply!

Obviously, if you are reading this, you are correct! However, when I tried to reply to Roote on my original question, that was when I was having the trouble. The Error Message was: "Your post could not be saved. Please try again in a few moments"

and, the same thing happened while trying to reply to you just now!

My original reply was to Roote, regarding "GIF copy/paste" several days ago. Each of the many times I tried to answer, I was given an error message that I was unable to login.

At any rate, while Roote's suggestions were sound, I had already tried everyone of them and they still did not work.

thank you again for trying to help.
