If I forgot my iPads password and i erase it on find my iphone for a factory reset will I be able to use it?

It says some services will be temporary disabled

If it is the lock screen passcode that you have forgotten, you will need to use the following procedure: If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
