Thanks, but I had already tried that route. I think the next step is for me to do a reset on the AirPods and then re-pair to see if the firmware will install. I was hoping maybe there something I had missed and could avoid doing a reset.
I have tried to force the firmware update, but it just won’t do it.
I am currently on Firmware 3a283, I have reset the AirPods Pro multiple times, I have both the AirPods and the device plugged up, attempted on the iPhone and my IPad, but all the AirPods do is continually connect and disconnect. I am not understanding why.
The iPhone (or iPad) should be on a strong wi-fi signal while attempting the firmware upgrade in addition to the above suggestions.
After resetting and reconnecting, the firmware was upgraded. Problem solved.
