Are there any replacement services for a lost apple watch?

I lost my watch kiteboarding and unfortunately cannot recover it. Can it be replaced if I have apple care?

Neither AppleCare nor AppleCare + covers loss or theft.

No. Apple care does not replace Apple Watches.
