Activating Primary and Cellular Data so I can get iMessages and FaceTime activated.

Why won’t my iMessages and FaceTime activate on Iphone13? Im on the current iOS 15.0.2, I’ve reset network, I’ve turned my phone off and back on….multiple times it’s been 48hours since I’ve changed phones at the Apple store. It has a primary and a cellular data option. I have them both checked. I have tried just one. Neither option works. Im with AT&T. This phone looks like it has 2 sims….IDk.. but one says active and my sim says unlocked, but one of them says not activated. Could this be affecting my iMessages/FaceTime? Please help.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
