Password
I want to change my Apple ID password because I forgot the old one, but in order to change it I have to put in the last password, which is wrong. I have face recognition for my phone, but not for Apple TV.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
