Iphone 13 pro stuck on reboot apple logo screen

I just got this phone today and I went to restart back to factory because I wasnt able to login to apple account. Now the phones screen is stuck on the apple logo screen with a progress bar. The catch is I am able to turn off the screen and use the mute switch as well as hear when the phone is plugged in the charge. Has anyone else seen this before?
