Can't downlaod music to my new 1phone 13 pro -

I did the reccommended fix but it still won't download music-what else can I do?

The next step you can try it to sign out of your Apple ID for iTunes and Music. To do that, you can go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases, tap Sign Out, and sign back in.

Thank you for the reply, yes i do have an active account - I simply transferred everything from my old phone to the new 13 pro like I have done each and every time I buy the newest iphone --- for some reason when I hit the cloud with down arrow to download the song nothing happens ....?? I don't get it....
