I ran the Mac I safe mode and got line graphics of the bottom of my mouse and the back of my keyboard showing the power toggle. I ran safe mode again and got a line image of the world asking for my WiFi password

Yes. Then I see my log in. After i enter my password the progress starts then stops after 10 seconds and doesn’t move
