iPhone XR started flashing with the loading symbol

I just recently bought a brand new iPhone XR and it has randomly started flashing from the lock screen to the black screen with the loading symbol and won't stop. I've tried to hard reset it but it won't let me and just keeps going. it has no water damage or anything like that, I only got it less than a week ago.

iPhone 6s unknown problem my iPhone 6s will work perfectly fine but it randomly does this thing where it gies black and shows the loading screen as it it just died but it doesn’t die it turns back on and is on my Lock Screen when I put in the password it’ll just do the same thing.the only solution I have found is turning it off but it’ll eventually do it again can I completely stop this?

My iPhone reboots every time I try to turn it on My phone recently does this thing where I would turn it off and when I power it on the screen briefly flashes on before rebooting, showing the apple logo. I can still use the phone normally while it's on but as soon as I turn off my phone and try to power it back on with the lock button the rebooting issue happens. Its also weird how the phone can turn on normally when I connect a charger instead of pressing the lock button. I'm guessing it could be a hardware issue but I haven't dropped the phone or exposed it to any water.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

Note: the iPhone XR is no longer being sold by Apple. Where did you get it?

If you can't get it going, take it back to where you bought it. Check their return policy.

keely ~ If your iPhone comes back to life, what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health

...And is there an "Important Battery Message" there? [Ref: Apple]
