I've got my Airpod Pros updated to the latest firmware (4A400) and am using an iPhone 13.
The Notify When Left Behind option isn't showing up in the Find My app for the Airpod Pros. The Notify When Left Behind option is showing up for my iPhone and Apple Watch just not the Airpods.
I tried resetting and connecting my Airpods but that didn't fix the issue. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the option to show up?

Hi, the weird thing is:
on my iPhone: I can see the I and disable/enable find my network, but there is no option to "notify when left behind" in find my. (I tried what was mentioned here about turning it off and on).
I can just see the regular options: "find", "play sound" "notify when found" and "mark as lost"
TL/DR:
on my iPhone: I cannot see "notify when left behind"
on my MacBook Pro: I can see "notify when left behind" and it's even enabled.... and it says "enabled for Lucas' iPhone"
on my iPhone: I can use spatial audio
on my MacBook Pro: I cannot use spatial audio
I think apple should be more consistent across devices so the user experience isn't so confusing and hard to configure/use

I still got 40 gigs free on iCloud, nothing changed! I don’t wanna rule it out as I had to ramp it up, it was full when I bought them but right now it has plenty of space. Maybe they will fix it with 15.4
iPhone 11 Pro, ios 15.1 and Airpods pro (4A402 sw).
Option not shown on find my app under the airpods pro.
Tried resetting the airpods but nothing changed.
I’m having the exact same issue. Nothing I do can get the left behind feature showing with
my up to date 11 Pro Max and my APPros.
