We see that you want to gain access to the full account number from the Wallet app, and we'd like to help!
Currently, you can only view the last few digits of your card added to Apple Pay. To do this, follow these steps: Open the Wallet app > tap on a card > tap the "i" / info icon (lower-right) > tap the Info tab > view the Device Account Number digits.
