Hello how can I remove an iCloud account that I do not have access to off of my Apple Watch ?

Hello I have an old Apple Watch of mine that I recently found and wanted to use again. Well I do not know how to remove an old iCloud account I do not have access to or even remember , what can I do to remove it ?

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
