Account disabled from iTunes and App Store

I just tried adding a new card to my apple music and when I try to join it says my account has been disabled from iTunes and App Store. I tried resetting my Apple ID password and logging out and signing in with the new password but it still won’t work

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
