On my iPhone 12, I have a spread sheet in numbers with 3 header rows and 33 rows total.

recently I’ve been unable to access the top body rows - I can see them by pulling down but can’t type in them.

today the first two header rows disappeared entirely - where have they gone?

oh they came back when I froze them again but now the top 5 body rows are inaccessible as per above.

On the Mac version this is caused by the table being positioned too high on the sheet, partly off the top of the sheet. Dragging the entire table downward so the entire table is on the sheet cures it. It is probably the same with the iOS version.
