I dont know why I received a bill from Itunes?

One day, I received a bill from Apple Itunes. It is really a strange fee I was charged. I also search my Purchase history but didnt see any apps extend or something like that. Where can I find the reason? How can I request to be refunded?

That sounds phish-y. First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
