iPhone upgrade

Hello,

I have reserved an iPhone but the earliest availability is 13th November.

Could you assist me on whether I could get an earlier appointment.

When you order a phone, especially a newest generation iPhone, your order goes in the order in which it was ordered. They will get your phone to you in the order it was received and most likely within the time frame they suggested. They won't move your order ahead of someone who ordered before you. That wouldn't be exactly fair, would it?


You can certainly contact Apple directly, but don't be surprised if they cannot speed your order up, especially when there are millions of people who have ordered new phones and are anxiously waiting for them as you are.
