Is there something not working well that you feel needs to be diagnosed?

If you have an issue with your phone and you really want diagnostics run on it, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and they can run diagnostics. But you should really have some issue you are concerned about.

You diagnose the iPhone by identifying and isolating behaviors that are unexpected.

This might include identifying a broken screen or bent chassis, recognizing ghost touches, or apps that crash, iOS crashes, device freezes, failure to charge, or many other potential symptoms.

Apple has software and hardware diagnostics, but does not make those directly available to users outside of troubleshooting problems with the assistance of Apple, or uploading anonymized app crash data for app developers when enabled.
