Hello, I bought a new iPhone in late July. I would like to start watching apple tv and use 90 days free promo but that offer doesn't show up in the app. Online support via chat didn't help and nobody replied to my email.
BTW it hasn't been 90 days from the purchase yet.

If you bought the phone in July the expiration would be coming up this month, it will be dependent on the date you activated the phone. Make sure you are using the app on that iPhone, as it can't be claimed on another device (steps below for reference).
Be aware that if you had previously subscribed or claimed an offer you would not be eligible. If you have verified eligibility and still aren't able to see the offer then it's best to call Apple support so they can sort it out.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, even after updating to the newest iOS (15), the promo doesn't show up.
Apple support isn't helpful, after 20 minutes of chat hearing how important that must be for me, still no solution.
Ok, it is sorted, I called the support and after uploading the proof of purchase I got the code.
