Is it possible to meet with someone in person at the 5th avenue store to go through many problems I am having with my macbook air and iPhone?

For those undecided or not diagnosed, troubleshooting each has

different angles of approach; however you may ask a human at

first opportunity. An inspection of the device would likely follow.


A call to the local Apple Store (see web page for specific one) may

work for that store; when local restrictions are in place, that'd be a

place to see what's happening. ~ Persons there, may better advise.
