Maximum Battery Capacity
My Battery Health says that my iPhone 11 Pro’s Maximum Capacity is at 86% of when it was new. Is that normal for a 2 year old phone?

Yes. A 1 - 2% decline in battery health per month is normal and expected. When your battery dips below 80%, that's when it will be time to pay for a new battery from Apple.
