Search for a word within all documents on ipad
Is there a search app that can be used to search for a specific word/phrase in ALL documents/files from IPAD PRO 2018, IOS 15?

Note that on my iPad, the following has all of my apps already set to "Show Content in Search" so that is apparently the default setting.
Choose which apps to include in Search
- Go to Settings
> Siri & Search. - Scroll down, tap an app, then turn Show in Search on or off.
