My apple tv turns on but I don't see anything
I followed all the steps to connect my apple tv to the outlet and hdmi to tv it powers on but nothing happens on the tv no signal

I would manually use the tv's remote to reselect the hdmi port it's connected to as active inputsource
then I would test with another hdmi port
then I would test with another cable
then I would test by bringing the appletv to another tv to test it there
