how do i go further with this i have it plugged into my computer but i cant get it to restore or reset
I kept having this problem with my iPad until I plugged it in with an actual apple charger/usb cord and not an off brand one. It’s updating now! I’ll know in about 30 minutes if it was completely successful.

ipad doesnt restart just goes to support.apple.com/ipad/restore
