Select the cells you want the change to apply to. Click Format in the Inspector, then Cell, then click Conditional Highlighting.


Click Add a Rule. Number is selected by default. In the right-hand panel, click Less than.


Type 0 in the input area and choose a fill or text colour, or create a custom colour scheme:




Click Done to confirm.
